Every Ganz boat begins not with a marketing brief, but with a design intention: to create clarity, quality, and emotional presence on the water.

At the heart of this process lies the Ganz workshop in Switzerland, where all boats are developed and built. Here, design, engineering, prototyping, and production are closely interlinked. Materials are tested, proportions refined, and components often developed specifically for each model.

Unlike industrial series production, Ganz follows a boutique approach. Production runs are limited. Boats are individually configured. Many components are handcrafted, assembled, and finished in-house.
